The staff is very friendly, welcoming, helping and profesional. the staff and the service are excellent. the food is very tasty. we had a luxary experience. we love to spend our next vacation in this hotel.

Booked a weekend in Jordan for my husband’s birthday and originally booked for one night after staying in Wadi Rum and Petra the previous nights. I wanted a place where we could relax the last night before flying back to Dubai. The resort, incredible. We loved the hotel and resort so much that we booked a new flight home and two extra nights at the resort. Mohammad on the reception was extremely helpful and made our stay more special. A cake was provided for my husband and concierge arranged a driver to take us on a trip one of the extra days we stayed. Multiple pools, stunning views and friendly, attentive staff make this hotel luxury. Right on the beach and can use their mud to float in the sea. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for leaving a lasting impression on us. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.

Stayed in Kepmpinski Ishtar Dead Sea for 6 days and while I've been to this hotel several times before, I have to say this stay left me with much better outcome, especially on the service side. The hotel is Huge, like all resorts it is massive in size. The rooms are spacious and designed so every room is overlooking the Dead Sea side. The apartments in the Ishtar section have their own pools which can be an advantage for families seeking a little more privacy. On the first day of our stay, we knew that one of our colleagues had his birthday that day. The hotel we exceptional in responding to our request without prior planning to prepare a cake for 12 people and and have it delivered in less than an hour. People who know where Dead Sea is know that it's not close to any city, therefore. My salute to the staff. My assessment on this hotel changed dramatically after this stay, I do recommend it for anyone coming for a stay in the Dead Sea.

We only stayed one night at Kempinski hotel Ishtar Dead Sea. Everything is organized, clean and very luxury atmosphere. We had a problem at mid-night (people staying around us was so noisy and we had a difficult time) so we made a call to reception. They immediately sent a security service to the room in question and they became calm. The most impressed thing is happened at the breakfast. The man from guest relation realized quickly what we had at night once we told our room number. The information sharing is very well and we were impressed by the professionalism of the hotel. They also helped to book a transportation to Amman since we did not reserve the car. We had a great time at the hotel although we had an issue in the mid-night (of course it was not hotel's fault.)
