Wifi was steady. As it were amenities within the washroom are toothbrush, cleanser, conditioner and body wash. Everything was good. The location was near the day tour gathering point and 10 mins away from Shinjuku Station. Macdonald was just opposite and there is a 7-11 downstairs. The room was very clean and provided everything we needed. It was a small room, but we didn't spend that much time in our room so that wasn't a problem. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in providing maps, instructions, etc. They also helped us make reservations for bus transportation to the Narita Airport from the nearby Hilton Hotel. This hotel is reasonably priced, very clean, and in a great location. No breakfast included but there is a basic cafe on site and a dinner (Japanese style) restaurant in the basement floor.

The room was small but functional. The toilet had some black mould around the edges which was not so appealing but otherwise clean. The bath was nice and deep and perfect after a day out on your feet. It is almost directly across the road from the Subway and within walking distance to Shinjuku station and everything to offer in the area including the Govt towers (well worth it for the views!) We walked to Harajuku, Yoyogi and Shibuya from the hotel too without too much issues and the assistance of google maps. The hotel also provides a free phone which was useful to use maps and such. Smoking room is more of a smoking cupboard but overall great stay The staffs were very cordial and accommodating. You can bring out the service cellphone in the room and use it to call your companions staying in the same hotel as well as utilize its google map. The place is very strategic and very accessible to many major destinations in Shinjuku like the Shinjuku Station, Odakyu, Takashimaya, TokyuHands, Isetan. Tokyo Metro NishiShinjuku Station (marunouchi line) is very near. There is a Family Mart , Seven Eleven, Yoshinoya , Ipuddo just nearby.
