Great location, well decorated and beautifully designed. Conveniently situated in the center of Ginza. I couple blocks away from the Imperial PalaceWe had a great experience staying in a lovely hotel. Cleaning staff were so efficient and they constantly keep you room clean. Easy to see their effort in providing a comfortable stay for guests. I can definitely say that comfort is a high priority at this place. They are really dedicated to make your stay as comfortable as possible and went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome. This property is on the high end of the scale for price but well worth it for the quality and the experience. Personally I largely enjoyed my stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they would attend to any query quickly and effectively
